The ambivalence of order and coercion

The colorful, childlike aesthetic of Order is deliberately chosen. It attracts us, seduces us with familiarity, only to confront us with the brutal reality of its form. For Hollenbeq, the surface is not just content, but a strategic means of deception - a parallel to the way in which media and social systems trivialize or conceal violence.
